SAP Change & Training Lead
Position: Change & Training Lead (2 positions)
Location: Home & Leeds (3 days onsite)
Duration: ASAP – 6 months
Daily Rate: £500 - 550 (expenses are billable)
OUTSIDE IR35
About the Role:
We are looking for two experienced Change & Training Leads to join our team and support our SAP programmes. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience leading OCM workstreams on SAP programmes. Experience with SAP Public Cloud implementations is an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream on SAP programmes
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Public Cloud implementation is beneficial
