They are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Health Cloud Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce implementation projects for our clients in the health and life sciences industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Salesforce Health Cloud implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including change management, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with clients to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, with specific experience in Health Cloud implementations preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project environments and drive results.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Salesforce Agile Accelerator.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
