Job Description: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer at you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the health and life sciences industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Design and develop scalable and sustainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Health Cloud functionality.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Health Cloud to meet specific business needs, including data model design, workflow automation, and integration with external systems.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Health Cloud implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive positive impact in the healthcare industry.
This role is FULLY REMOTE and you can be based anywhere in LATAM or US. The range for this role is between $40.00-100>00 / hour.
