They are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect at, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for our clients in the health and life sciences industry. You will play a key role in architecting scalable and sustainable solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges and drive positive outcomes in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including data model design, integration architecture, and platform customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and define solution architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to implementation and support.
- Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud functionality and integration with external systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and security requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features, industry trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership on innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns, with expertise in scalability, performance, and security.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.
