Stott & May US is helping a collaborative company recruit a skilled and dedicated Salesforce Admin - Service Cloud to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Salesforce role is predominantly remote, but candidates must be based near one of the company's office locations in Redwood City, CA, SLC, UT, Austin, TX, or Jersey City. This position offers a generous salary ranging from $90,000-$135,000 depending on location and excellent benefits.


As a Salesforce Admin - Service Cloud, you will focus on a service cloud implementation with a FinTech company. You will be the Salesforce Service Cloud expert for the organization and provide case management and Service Cloud Voice support and training for customer support teams.


In your first few weeks in this Salesforce Admin role, you can expect to:

  • Implement new functionality, including automation, assignment and validation rules, dashboards and reports, and custom development work
  • Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop system architecture and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom code
  • Work in an agile environment utilizing sandbox architecture to manage releases


To apply for this Salesforce Admin job, you will need 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and deep knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud. You will also require the following:

  • An understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, assignment and validation rules, flow builder, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Experience supporting and developing customer flows for both pre-and post-sales support
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
  • A Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Expertise in Service Cloud Voice configurations, Einstein Analytics and Insights, and Knowledge Base (preferred)
