Position Overview:

Our client are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join their dynamic team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity for candidates residing anywhere in the United States, with a requirement to travel 50-75% of the time to engage with clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the knowledge of our software and advisory solutions, positioning them effectively to drive significant business outcomes for clients across industrial, commercial, retail, and other key focus industries.
  • Achieve sales targets by strategically selling our solutions platform, securing new logos, and expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies, focusing on solution-selling across specific industry portfolios.
  • Proactively identify new prospects, lead the sales process from discovery to closure, and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Lead Development Reps, Pre-Sales Product Specialists, Sales Support Specialists, and Client Success Specialists, to ensure a seamless sales process and maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and creative thinking skills to develop innovative client solutions and differentiate from competitors.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals, demonstrating excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, and sales operations, preferably with experience selling SAP products.
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategies, lead generation campaigns, and closing multi-million dollar deals with large multinational manufacturers.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities with a talent for influencing high-level decision makers.
  • Independent worker with innovative, self-starter attitude and willingness to travel extensively (>75%).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Target annual pay range: $120,000 - $150,000, including a base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 plus 100% on-target performance incentives.
  • Participation in the Sales Incentive Plan with a target incentive of 100% of the base salary, paid quarterly, contingent upon performance.
