Stott and May is helping a Salesforce consulting partner find a collaborative and inclusive Sales Director for a home-based role. This full-time remote and flexible opportunity comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.


The company you will be working for has a North American customer base in financial services, media, and communications, technology, healthcare and life sciences, and education.


As Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating business in new accounts and expanding business in existing accounts within your territory. You will manage all phases of the business sales cycle.


In your first weeks in this director of sales role, you can expect to:

  • Source new business opportunities within Commerce Cloud
  • Manage sales forecasting and sales automation
  • Co-sell and work collaboratively with business partners
  • Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit consulting solutions around those specific needs


To succeed in this Sales Director job, you will need 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, and strategic accounts selling.

You will also require the following:

  • Direct experience in Commerce cloud
  • Excellent track record in solutions-oriented services sales
  • Experience selling in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience in business application sales in a cloud application environment (CRM, HCM, ERP, etc.)
