- Collaborative Design: Partner with business leaders, product owners, and developers to understand business needs and design solutions leveraging Red Hat technologies (IDM, Satellite, Ansible, OpenShift).
- Scalable Platform Architecture: Develop a flexible and scalable platform using Red Hat technologies to meet current and future company demands.
- Red Hat Expertise: Provide expert guidance and knowledge on Red Hat IDM, Satellite, Ansible, OpenShift, storage, and backup solutions.
- Best Practices & Security: Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and security protocols for Red Hat products and storage/backup solutions.
- Technology Recommendations: Recommend Red Hat technologies, frameworks, and tools (IDM, Satellite, Ansible, OpenShift) to optimize platform performance, reliability, and security.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the platform implementation process, overseeing development, conducting code reviews, and resolving technical challenges related to Red Hat technologies, storage, and backup.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with infrastructure, database, and security teams for system integration and interoperability.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with advancements in Red Hat technologies, storage, backup solutions, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform architecture.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, proactively resolving technical issues related to Red Hat technologies, storage, and backup to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a mentor and technical leader, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and training to junior architects and development team members.
