Project Manager - Software Integration/ Agile

Duration: 6-Month Contract (High possibility for extension)
Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite)
Rate: up to £650/day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: Mid-November (Flexible)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a crucial project within a global organization. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential for extension. The role is based in Oxfordshire, with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a platform integration project aimed at streamlining the customer experience across multiple platforms and ensure consistency and familiarity for users
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, and key stakeholders to meet project deliverables on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide weekly project status reports in line with PMO guidance and manage finances according to central finance team processes.
- Drive the project through design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Manage relationships with offshore suppliers and internal teams, utilizing an Agile (SAFe) delivery approach.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects to plan, on budget, and within scope.
- Strong experience in platform integration, data migration, and managing complex projects.
- Experience working with challenging stakeholders, with the ability to ask tough questions and manage high-pressure conversations.
- Solid understanding of software development, Agile (SAFe) methodology, and project management best practices.
- Experience managing the entire project lifecycle, including design, build, QA, and deployment phases.
- Familiarity with working alongside offshore suppliers and coordinating multi-team projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment, with a focus on driving the project forward and overcoming challenges.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience reporting project status to PMO teams and managing project finances.
