Responsibilities:
-Liaising and working with the product teams to identify and prioritise improvement (customer journey and business)
-Reviewing metrics and KPI’s
-Inputting/information through BI dashboards with recommendations to leadership teams and stakeholders
Experience
-Proficient in SQL
-Power BI and Tableau experience
-Product Analyst experience
-Good communication skills both written and verbal
-Strong experience using digital tools (Google Analytics and Mixpanel)
