Job description
My client provides a complete digital assets product shelf including Trading, spot, yield enhancement products, automated investment strategies, on-chain data insights for intelligent decision making, portfolio management.
They are currently looking for an Institutional Sales Executive with a Traditional Financial Background, who understand asset allocation, TradFi products, and is passionate about Crypto.
Responsibilities :
- Build a sales strategy and pipeline through existing contracts and new channels in order to reach AUM targets on the platform
- Work with the deals team to bring in demand for venture opportunities from the client base
- Consult with existing clients on portfolio allocation decisions and new product initiatives
- Organize and run client events and workshops in order to educate clients looking to allocate into digital assets
- Mentor and work with junior RMs to ensure high levels of service and support to clients in driving a seamless client experience
- Help with soliciting client feedback for product improvement and gauging of demand for additional products on the platform
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales function within technology or financial services
- Demonstrate a strong track record in growing sales and client base at reputable FIs
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial market and investment products, ideally with a keen interest and knowledge of digital assets
- Solid reputation and extensive network with the ability to connect to decision makers or senior leaderships of clients/investors/financial intermediaries
- Experience built on the sales of financial products such as digital assets, equities, fixed incomes, FX or funds
- Based in Hong Kong
