Stott & May are keen to speak with Information Security Architect! We need someone with the confidence and previous track history of successful shaping the security landscape of a global organisation (10+ offices & Data Centre’s worldwide).
Type: Contract/freelance – Initially 6 months | Awaiting IR35 determination
Day Rate: TBC – Market rate for this type of role
Location: Hybrid working – Some availability to work in London office advantageous

Information Security Architect – Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Design Authority for security
- Estate: Windows/Azure/Linux
- Support & control security stage gates
- Contribute to the vision and strategy for security platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud
- Participate in Information Security Incident Response
- Compliance: Regulatory standards
Information Security Architect – Requirements:
- Mastering frameworks like CIS/SANS20, NIST CSF, ISO27001/27002 is crucial
- Microsoft security solutions & managing IaaS, SaaS
- Authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC, Kerberos) & securing Office 365 controls
- Experienced in Networks, Security Monitoring, SIEM, Firewalls, IAM, Incident Management
- Hands-on with email security solutions, web filtering, IDS
- Knowledge of DLP solutions & AIP
- Developing compliance strategies for industry & data protection regulations
- Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, CISM, CRISC, CEH)
