IAM Analyst - Permanent- Bristol/Hybrid- Up to £70k
Stott & May have teamed up with a leading national charity searching for an experienced IAM Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening cybersecurity and maintaining compliance and mitigating risk through well versed identity governance and access management practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience possessing strong technical expertise across several identity technologies such as Saiynt, Azure, SailPoint, Ping
Key Requirements
This is a hybrid role based in Bristol, with weekly office presence required. The position pays up to £70,000 and it includes an industry leading performance bonus of over 20% plus a 15% non-contribution pension scheme.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience of working in the IAM space as an analyst
- Proficiency with IGA tools and technologies such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft tooling, or CyberArk.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO)
- Knowledge of PM tools is a bonus (Scrum or Agile)
