Role Overview:

The Sales Team Leader will be pivotal in managing and guiding the sales team towards achieving growth targets. This role involves:

  • Taking full responsibility for sales team management, growth, and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients' industries, needs, and expectations to offer tailored digital growth solutions.
  • Identifying market opportunities and shifts, staying informed on new products and competitive landscapes.
  • Nurturing client relationships with valuable industry insights and updates.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and initiatives to secure key customers.
  • Delivering compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the company's value.
  • Providing support and guidance to sales associates in lead generation.

  • Managing pipeline forecasting and revenue realization to meet targets, with regular reporting to management.

Candidate Profile:

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in travel, eCommerce, or retail is highly advantageous.
  • At least 8 years of enterprise sales experience in SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in sales and business development.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities, particularly at the executive level.
  • An extensive network within Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to customer care.
