This role requires a person with strong experience in executing creator agency partnerships and business development. The ideal candidate is an expert in the creator agency space, with a track record in leading and executing successful partnerships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Head of Creator Agency Partnership will be responsible for the following:
Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for the Creator Agency Partnership business in North America.
Identifying and prioritizing key initiatives that will unlock growth opportunities.
Building and managing a team of professionals to execute the strategy.
Driving the number of partners who can help creators run on TikTok Shop more efficiently.
Working closely with the Creator Agency Business Development team to identify and close new partnerships.
Analyzing data and trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Developing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
10+ years of experience in the e-commerce business
A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading and executing successful partnerships.
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Mixed experience on both platform side and creator side, especially with talent management agency/influencer marketing agency background, is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
An understanding of the digital commerce landscape.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
