Project Objective
Support an internal Innovation and Acceleration Team to design, develop, and scale modern full?stack applications. The team leverages cutting-edge, cloud?native architectures and AI?enabled development tooling to deliver high-velocity solutions.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables

Front-End Development: Build scalable, modern UI components using Next.js.

Back-End Development: Design robust API integrations and backend modules.

Data Modeling: Implement and manage flexible data layers using MongoDB.

Deployment: Manage and configure deployments across Azure and Vercel environments.
Candidate Profile & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a versatile full?stack developer who is highly comfortable building both front- and back-end components. A core aspect of this role involves utilizing AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor) to optimize and accelerate the development lifecycle.

Develop and maintain clean UI components and backend services.

Collaborate closely with internal product teams and AI engineers.

Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Required Experience & Skills

Next.js: Proven experience with modern Next.js features (App Router, Server Actions, etc.).

Cloud Services: Strong familiarity with Azure cloud services and Vercel environments.

Database: Proficient in MongoDB data modeling and integration.

AI Tooling: Hands-on experience or high familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
Mandatory Requirements
