Founding Engineer (Full Stack) – AI Product Startup
Location: Munich (hybrid)
Compensation: Up to €100k base + meaningful equity
We’re partnering with an early-stage AI product company that is building software at the intersection of AI, sales, and go-to-market operations. The company is less than 2 years old, generating upwards of €500k ARR from enterprise customers, and is now entering its next phase of growth.
The founding team has built strong commercial traction and a working product, but engineering capacity has become the key bottleneck. They are now hiring a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founder and help scale the platform.
This is a rare opportunity to join a very early-stage, revenue-generating startup as one of the first technical hires and play a central role in shaping the product, architecture, and future engineering team.
What you’ll do

Build and iterate on a user-facing AI product used by commercial teams

Work directly with the founder on product and architecture decisions

Develop across the full stack to deliver high-quality features quickly

Improve system performance, stability, and scalability as usage grows

Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development workflows

Help lay the technical foundations for the future engineering team

Strong full stack engineering experience, particularly in modern web development
