My client seeks a Accountant to work in a complex Matrix organisation. This Financial Accountant role will iinvolve a high level of investigation to work on the acquisition accounting. You will prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements -adhering to relevant standards and regulations for the UK. Working with tax to ensure full compliance and paying an integral role in audits by preparing the relevant financial documentation. You will participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to uphold a robust financial governance framework inline wit the UK legal requirements.
