Job Title: EUC - Tech Bar Support SME
Location: Wokingham/Warwick, UK (5 days in office)
Day Rate: £276.25 (Inside IR35) 
Duration: 6 months


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and networks. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent IT issues, support remote and on-site users, and ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktops, networks, MS Office, and peripheral devices.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software/network issues.

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade IT systems.

  • Train users and maintain technical documentation.

  • Respond promptly to user queries via phone, email, or chat.


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven End User Support experience

  • Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, and MS Office

  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of network security and antivirus practices

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Desirable:

  • Client-facing experience and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
