What You Will Do:

  • Manage and drive sales, focusing on growth and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Engage with enterprise-level clients across various industries in France, including retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel.
  • Lead the sales cycle stages, from prospecting to closing, leveraging a strong pipeline of inbound marketing leads and SDR-generated opportunities.
  • Mentor the Sales Development Representative team in creating innovative strategies for lead generation.
  • Communicate effectively the value proposition through proposals and presentations, ensuring clients fully benefit from offered deals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities to extend company offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain an up-to-date pipeline, balancing the act of sales effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, and customer success teams for optimized outcomes.

What We Expect from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Technologically savvy, with a keen interest in finding innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel industries is highly advantageous.
