We are on the lookout for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Account Executive to amplify their vibrant sales force. This role involves actively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their unique business requirements, and advocating our client's product as the ideal solution. The successful candidate will be instrumental in discovering and securing new business ventures, significantly contributing to the company's revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong work ethic, outstanding communication abilities, teamwork skills, and a talent for fostering relationships with important stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sales process from the initial engagement to the finalizing of contracts, while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales objectives.
  • Grasping customer business needs, effectively conveying the value of their solutions, and aligning them with client goals to drive sales.
  • Conducting proofs of concept, necessitating robust project and stakeholder management skills, and translating customer goals into strategies and applications.
  • Establishing connections with C-Suite executives, and top Marketing and Tech VPs at leading companies, aiding them in addressing their key issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer success to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and product improvement.
  • Developing extensive knowledge of the product offerings, their features, and benefits to convincingly present them to potential clients.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market shifts to recognize opportunities and sustain a competitive stance.
  • Assisting in integrating positioning within the product and collaborating with the product team on content creation for feature releases.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in cloud data warehouse, customer data platform, or marketing technology sectors, with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at impactful presentations and effective negotiations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a solid work ethic, capable of independent operation in a dynamic, target-centric environment.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Ability to contribute to demand generation and collaborate to build a sales pipeline.
  • Team-oriented approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to the evolving MarTech landscape.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for significant meetings.
  • Proficiency in Google office suite, Slack, Salesforce CRM, Gong, and Outreach.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
