This role offers a unique opportunity to steer sales initiatives, utilizing your adept skills and vast experience in sales to navigate through sales cycles with prospective clients for pioneer in the AI space. It involves carving out new sales avenues within the ideal client profile and amplifying value for existing clients, ensuring their continued investment in our transformative platform. You will be part of an elite team, absorbing wisdom from decades of AI/ML expertise, aimed at translating complex technology into value-driven outcomes for clients and prospects alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft, maintain, and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory.
  • Identify and target prospective clients aligning with the company’s Ideal Client Profile through diligent research.
  • Design and optimize email templates for prospecting and lead nurturing, enhancing brand positioning in the market.
  • Foster collaboration with the extended team to bolster customer success, product adoption, and input for future enhancements.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales quotas, including new logo acquisition and overall bookings.
  • Maintain precise records of sales forecasts, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system, under the guidance of the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Actively follow-up on inbound leads, demonstrating product value and facilitating customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven success in selling complex enterprise software, with a preference for experience in the AI/ML, Big Data, or analytics sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, with a strong preference for candidates possessing technical knowledge in AI/ML products, knowledge management, enterprise search engines, chatbots, collaboration, IVRs, NLP, or IRQA.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a startup culture.
