Required Skills:
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years leading and managing cross-functional teams and 3+ years managing engineering managers
- Proven success in building, scaling, and operating large-scale backend systems with high reliability
- Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern API-driven architectures
- JAVA led programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Angular, React)
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style—able to code, troubleshoot, and guide teams through complex technical challenges
- Excellent communicator with experience working across diverse teams and multiple time zones
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience or familiarity with complex logistical platforms or the travel industry
- Experience guiding AI-driven workflows and data-driven decision-making
- Prior involvement in start-up environments or rapid product iteration cycles, especially in high-growth settings
- Knowledge of industry partnerships, vendor integrations, and standards adoption
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant software engineering experience, with extensive leadership in fast-paced, start-up-like environments working with major clients and Fortune 500 companies

- Willingness to work on-site in London, with flexibility to engage across multiple locations and time zones
- Ability to manage high-visibility projects and deliver solutions on aggressive timelines
