Job description
eCommerce Business Analyst required for a Global fashion brand here in the US. You will have proven eCommerce experience, ideally having worked on a complex System documentation project that encompasses multiple digital systems (in this case up to 100).
You will be confident in a functional documentation role, understand the relationship between data and complex systems as well as understand the difference between PII and PCI data, and the way in which they are tracked and reported.
Coming from an online retail/eCommerce background is essential as you will be interrogating systems such as SFCC, SFMC, online feedback systems and many others. You will be required to investigate, plot and report on data points across the digital environment.
This role can be entirely remote and will continue for an initial 3 months.
