E-Commerce Digital AI Platform Marketing Manager
May/June Start
3 Days a Week Onsite (Close to the Airport)
Role Purpose
Own and evolve the AI powered Partner Platform, ensuring it delivers compliant, premium, and scalable celebration experiences that strengthen brand equity. Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, digital, IT, legal, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Ownership
- Lead the global vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform
- Translate brand strategy into scalable capabilities
- Define KPIs for adoption, quality, and performance
AI Experience & Brand Governance
- Establish AI governance, brand integration, and moderation standards
- Ensure outputs reflect Ferrero’s premium positioning
- Drive testing, feedback, and continuous improvement
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Manage technology, content, data, and agency partners
- Oversee roles, scopes, and performance
- Identify and onboard partners supporting celebration, personalization, CRM, and e-commerce
E-Commerce & Conversion Enablement
- Integrate product recommendations, buy now flows, and retailer pathways
- Align global platform logic with local commercial and regulatory needs
- Coordinate CRM, vouchers, and tracking integrations
Legal, Privacy & Compliance
- Liaise with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and AI Governance
- Ensure GDPR and AI regulation compliance
- Maintain frameworks enabling safe, scalable deployment
Global & Local Enablement
- Support market activation while safeguarding global consistency
- Provide guidance on use cases and best practices
- Feed market insights into platform evolution

Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- Experience managing consumer digital platforms or AIenabled products
- Strong project management across global, cross functional environments
- Experience with premium brands or digital innovation
- Partner and stakeholder management expertise
- CRM/loyalty experience is a plus
