About the job
Global organization, headquartered in California, requires a proven eCommerce Project Manager to join an existing team and take responsibility for delivering against business deadlines whilst being responsible for planning, keeping teams on track and finding gaps in requirements.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of working within eCommerce environments whilst also interacting with other departments as needed. Any experience of Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Responsibilities;
- Ensure proactive and transparent cross-functional communication across projects
- Grasp complex technical topics, abstract key issues and risks to present an action plan with outcomes to leadership
- Track and maintain program schedules in an agile development environment
- Organize and drive a suite of projects, from requirements to release
- Partner with internal teams and cross functional partners (Creative, Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to align your projects with company objectives and deadlines
The primary focus of this role will be centered around working alongside technical and eCommerce teams, so previous experience in both areas would guarantee an interview.
About you;
- 5+ years of technical project and/or program management experience, e-commerce platform and email service provider experience preferred
- Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines
- Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple simultaneous, high-profile projects, without micro-management
- Practical application of Agile project management concepts, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with bug tracking and document management tools (Confluence, Jira)
