The Role
You’re a hands-on Delivery Manager who blends technical know-how with strong coaching skills. You’ll enable teams to perform at their best, drive collaboration, and shape scalable delivery practices.
What You’ll Do
- Coach 2–3 engineering teams and drive team performance
- Implement stream-aligned, end-to-end ownership models
- Facilitate workshops, retros, and problem-solving sessions
- Build and run Communities of Practice
- Introduce and optimise DORA metrics
- Improve cross-team collaboration and alignment with Product & UX
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a technical role (Dev, DevOps, QA, or similar)
- Strong Agile coaching / Scrum Master experience
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing, deployment
- Confident facilitator (remote & onsite workshops)
- Fluent languages skills in both German & English

- Streaming, video, or gaming experience
- B2C products with fast release cycles
- Team Topologies experience
- High-scale systems (100k+ users)
