We’re looking for a seasoned and confident Cyber Programme Delivery Manager to lead the key Cyber workstreams for the Resilience strategy. This role is critical to executing the cyber strategy across a complex, multinational enterprise.
You’ll manage technical cyber projects, challenge discussions with authority, and drive outcomes with executive support and SME collaboration. Your ability to cut through complexity and maintain momentum will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of cyber resilience workstreams and projects
- Align cross-functional teams (IT, InfoSec, Legal, Risk, Business Continuity)
- Report progress to senior and executive stakeholders
- Navigate organizational complexity with clarity and confidence
Required Skills & Experience
- Delivery of large complex Cyber Programmes with a Technical focus
- Strong background in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or incident response
- Proven delivery experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive clear outcomes
- Experience in multinational or multichannel organizations preferred
