As a Campaign Manager, you are an energetic self-starter focused on results measured by successful lead generation. You will be responsible for building, executing, and launching effective campaigns while optimizing campaign performance and ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Responsibilities
As a Campaign Manager, you will build, execute, and launch marketing campaigns to drive measurable commercial growth. Your experience in various marketing tactics, good analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial in achieving lead-generation targets and enhancing the company's brand visibility. You will ensure the effective execution of campaigns while maintaining consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Build and execute marketing campaign plans to deliver high growth.
Acquire knowledge of our full range of products and services and convey that value to customers and/or potential clients through marketing materials.
Implement and maintain a robust reporting framework that provides accurate and timely marketing and sales performance insights, including pipeline health and other leading indicators.
Collaborate cross-functionally to capture stakeholder needs, align offerings, and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
Undertake the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, advertising, webinars, social media, SEO, events) to align with company goals.
Execute and maintain a social media action plan aligned with overall campaign objectives.
Support brand exposure by targeting new channels and platforms to reach a wider audience.
Work with data, identify trends, and make adjustments to optimize campaign performance and generate leads.
Execute successful sponsorship opportunities to support lead generation.
Execute plans to drive social media engagement and improve search engine rankings.
Deliver campaign metrics.
Requirements
2+ years of Campaign Marketing experience with a technology or similar company preferred.
Knowledge of delivering a digital-first campaign plan
Some knowledge of the supply chain, commodities, or market intelligence/research space is preferred. Complex Enterprise Software marketing experience is desirable.
Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a track record of over-achieving in past positions.
Self-motivated and quick to get started, demonstrating the drive to achieve the best results.
Attention to detail with the ability to understand and disseminate our value to stakeholders.
Good knowledge of using campaign management and marketing automation software.
Experience working with data to make data-driven decisions for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at navigating changing priorities and market dynamics.
Good analytical capabilities to track performance, measure ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations.
