Job description

Business Analyst – Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months Minimum)
Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite in London

We’re working with a well-established brand who are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team on a minimum 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days per week onsite in their Central London office, 2 days working from home.

Our client is undergoing a period of organisational change and is focused on improving their business processes and decision-making capabilities. They are seeking a Business Analyst who can bring structure, clarity, and insight to change initiatives—ensuring that both business value and user needs are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping our client shape and deliver change across their business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current practices and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • Facilitating workshops to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and co-design new ways of working.

  • Analysing the impact of proposed changes across end-to-end processes and presenting findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Producing clear and concise documentation to communicate ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ states.

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to business or process change.

  • Supporting the design and delivery of process improvements that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

What They’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, technical, or project role (3+ years preferred).

  • A Business Analysis qualification, such as the BCS Foundation Certificate (BCS Diploma or CCBA preferred).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership.

  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance detail with strategic thinking.

  • Experience working with both internal teams and external technology partners or suppliers.
