Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients in maximizing the use of the technology to ensure they receive world-class service.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and product specialists to provide comprehensive technical support.
  • Develop strategic account plans to enhance value addition to client organizations.
